Terms of Service

Cartelier is in beta and access is by invitation. Features may change, break, or be withdrawn, and we may limit or end access at any time. Please do not rely on it for anything critical.

You must be at least 16 to use Cartelier. Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under it.

You keep ownership of the photos you upload. You confirm that you have the right to upload them, and you give us permission to store, process and display them, and the designs generated from them, in order to run and improve Cartelier.

You may use the designs generated for you for your own personal purposes.

By using Cartelier you agree that we collect analytics about how the website and product are used, and that we use the data created through your use of the service, including your uploads, generated designs, searches and interactions, to operate, measure and improve the product. The Privacy Policy describes this in full.

You can turn off Google Analytics cookies at any time through the cookie icon in the corner of every page. Where local law requires your consent before analytics cookies are used, we ask for it first and these terms do not replace that choice.

Redesigns are created by AI and are illustrative. They may be inaccurate, may not match your room's real dimensions, and are not architectural, engineering, or professional interior design advice. Check measurements and suitability yourself before buying or building anything.

Product matches come from third-party retailers and search providers. Prices, availability, store locations and product details may be wrong or out of date. Cartelier is not the seller: any purchase is between you and the retailer, under the retailer's own terms.

• Do not upload content that is unlawful, or that you have no right to share.
• Do not try to get around usage limits, access controls, or security measures.
• Do not scrape, resell, or copy the service, or use it to build a competing product.

Cartelier, its software, design and branding belong to us. These terms give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer any ownership to you.

Cartelier is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for purchases and decisions you make based on designs or product results.

You can stop using Cartelier at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or if the beta closes.

We may update these terms as Cartelier develops and will change the date at the top when we do. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions: support@cartelierai.com.
